ABA Services

Our treatment packages are structured with a tiered system of support. This includes a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who will assess the client and develop a behavior plan to map out the client’s path to success. Our analysts provide high quality supervision and assist with training caregivers and staff to ensure the follow through of treatment across multiple environments. In addition, our services include competent Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are skilled in implementing the daily procedures developed by the lead analyst. When applied correctly, our treatment model can guarantee progress for our clients by using evidence-based practices to reduce maladaptive behaviors and promote the learning of new skills for our clients to achieve independence and quality of life.

Adaptive Behavior Assessment

The initial assessments are conducted by the lead analyst, face-to-face with the patient and/or guardians/caregivers. With this service, the lead analyst will be administering assessments and discussing findings and recommendations for treatment. This will also include non-face-to-face services such as analyzing past data, scoring/interpreting the assessment, and preparing the report/treatment plan.

Direct Treatment

This service is typically provided by the technician. The RBT provides face-to-face treatment with the patient for implementation of the protocols and procedures developed by the lead analyst as outlined in the behavior analysis services plan. These sessions are conducted by quality staff to ensure the reduction of maladaptive behaviors and increase skill acquisition goals for growth and development.

Supervision & Protocol Modification

This service is administered by the lead analyst. Adaptive behavior treatment with protocol modification may include simultaneous direction of technician, face-to-face with one patient. This service includes the lead analyst providing supervision to the technician to ensure fidelity of treatment protocols. During these sessions the lead analyst may make adjustments to the treatment protocol to ensure the best quality of services for the client.

Family Training

This is a service provided by the lead analyst to the family and caregivers who are directly involved in providing treatment to the client regularly. This is done with or without the client present, face-to-face with the guardians and caregivers. We value having parents and caregivers involved in the growth and development of their child and our family training model will ensure consistency of treatment from everybody involved in the client’s life.
